During the summer of 1992 and 1993 Mr. Mowry worked as an intern construction inspector for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. During this period he was responsible for the inspection of asphalt work, concrete work and testing, sub-base repair, drainage, and compilation of field diaries. Mr. Mowry joined KLH Engineers in 1994 as a construction inspector and process engineer. He is now currently serving as a Project Manager.

Municipal Authority of the Township of South Fayette, Pennsylvania
Field Engineer and Construction Inspector on 40,000 LF of gravity sewer responsible for preparing as-built drawings and field records for the three contracts. Responsible for communication between property owners and project progress.

Project Manager on 30,000 LF of sanitary sewer and one submersible pump station. Responsible for reviewing pay requests, and preparing monthly PennVest requisitions for project. Attended monthly Authority meeting to update both public and Authority on the project status.

Design Engineer and Project Manager for major lateral grouting project. Project was an innovative technologies project and received funding through various state agencies. Work included completion of plans and specifications, periodic site visits and detailed review of monthly pay requests.

Vanport Township Municipal Authority, Pennsylvania
Project Engineer for major treatment plant rehabilitation. Also attended monthly meetings and was responsible for preparing annual budget and service fee calculation for large contract customer of Brighton Township.

Design Engineer for small wellhouse structure at the Authorities raw water well field. Work included preparation of detailed Plans and Specifications and Coordination of several design meetings.

Borough of Sewickley, Pennsylvania
Completed a detailed design study for the replacement of one of the Borough's sewage pump stations. The design included the replacement of the existing ejector pump station with a suction lift station. Work included force main sizing, and site layout.

Design Engineer for handicap wheelchair lift. Chair lift was placed in Borough firehall to allow access to the second floor meeting room. Work included completion of detailed design and completion of plans and specifications.

Borough of Beaver, Pennsylvania
Prepared detailed plans and specifications for the painting and repairing of the 1-MG water storage tank located on the Borough water system.

Municipal Authority of the City of McKeesport, Pennsylvania
Completed detailed plans and specifications for the installation of a fine bubble aeration system at the Authority's wastewater treatment plant. Design included tank grouting, diffuser installation and process air piping layout.

Washington-East Washington Joint Authority
Project Engineer for the completion of a design engineers report which included a detailed process analysis of the existing treatment facility in preparation of a major plant expansion. Report analyzed blending of high wet weather flows with normal weather flows to meet the current NPDES Permit.

Jones Township Municipal Authority, Pennsylvania
Project Manager on 70,000 LF of gravity and force main sewer and two submersible pump stations. Work included periodic site visits, coordination of monthly progress meetings, and attendance at monthly Authority meetings. Assisted Authority in preparing the monthly Rural Utilities Services requisitions.

Rostraver Township Sewage Authority, Pennsylvania
Design Engineer for approximately 16,000 LF of gravity sewer. Work included setting grade elevations for the sewer design and also attended several public meetings for the public plan review of the project.

Williamsport Municipal Water Authority, Pennsylvania
Prepared detailed design plans and specifications for an emergency generator and concrete foundation. Coordinated mechanical design of concrete equipment foundation with electrical design.

Clairton Municipal Authority, Pennsylvania
Project Manager for the conversion of sludge holding facilities to aerobic digesters. Completed detailed design report outlining sludge production at the wastewater treatment plant. Prepared plans and specifications for the project.
